Circles
Connecting with others in circles is a powerful and deeply-rooted means of support. Our culture has largely forgotten this model, contributing to the isolation that so many feel in parenthood.

In our circles you will have the opportunity to reflect on your current experience, to speak (as much or as little as you'd like to) and to support others with your listening.

Some groups begin with a short (15-20 minute) sharing circle before moving on to other activities which support our wellbeing. In our monthly Mothers' Circle, the whole time dedicated to sharing and listening space.

All circles are held by experienced group facilitators and the space is encouraged to be honest, brave, and supportive. Circles offered in collaboration with Stroud Maternity Hospital are funded by Stroud Hospitals' League of Friends so are free of charge to attend. These circles are marked with an asterisk below (*).
