MotherSong Circle
MotherSong is a singing and sharing circle with a nature connection focus, led by Freya and held in the beautiful roundhouse at Stroud Community Agriculture.

This group provides you with an opportunity to:
• Connect with yourself, other mothers and the natural world
• Take space to reflect on and share about your experiences of motherhood in a supportive group
• Find 'anchors' in nature, and share in the joy of song!

Each week we will start with a cup of tea and a sharing circle in which everyone has the chance to speak (as much or as little as you like) and to listen. We'll then move on to sharing seasonal songs and sounds in a relaxed, playful way. Songs will be learned by ear and the session will be suitable for EVERYONE - whether or not you think you can sing.

Depending on the weather, we may spend some of the session outdoors, or we may bring elements of nature with us into the space to support us in our sharing circle.

The group is suitable for mothers of any age, and children under 5 are welcome to attend. You are welcome to bring your child with you, or to attend alone.

This group meets on Wednesdays, from 10am-11.30am. It is charged on a sliding scale basis, with a community space available free of charge, no questions asked.
