Creative Journal Circle Facilitator
Athene Greig
Athene is an artist, SEN art tutor and mother of two boys. After a childhood in Stroud, she studied painting at the Glasgow School of Art then moved to London in her late twenties. Her family relocated to Chalford during the pandemic, returning to her childhood roots. Athene facilitates our creative journalling circle. She loves helping mums to discover (or re-discover!) their creativity through introducing them to the magic power of journaling.

Beth Marriott
Beth is a mother of two daughters, and works part time as an art and textiles technician at a secondary school. She is the assistant for the creative journaling group and loves working in a role which enables mums to have some much needed time for themselves.

Founder, Yoga & Mothers' Circle Facilitator
Catherine Forrester
Catherine is a yoga teacher, gentle sleep consultant and mother of two. She ran a psychotherapeutic counselling practice until 2023, with a special interest in working with trauma somatically and weaving mindfulness principles into the work. She brings years of therapeutic training and practice to her group facilitation, and has distilled this alongside years of reflection on motherhood into our signature New Mothers' Wellbeing Circle.

Freya Morgan
Freya is a mother of one and experienced group facilitator. She has led forest schools and singing groups for children and their parents in natural settings for several years.

Mothers' Monthly Singing Circle Facilitator
Gilly Ridley-Wells
Gilly is a mother, choir leader, song facilitator and professional singer who loves to unite Mums by
finding their voices together and boosting feelings of wellbeing. After years of training in classical singing, Gilly feels passionate that there should be welcoming spaces to sing free from judgement - following an ethos of freedom, abundance, and most of all- joy.

Mothers' Circle Facilitator
Hayley Coburn
Hayley is a full spectrum doula, counsellor & mother of two.
She has been supporting families for 15 years, focusing on the perinatal period for the last eight years through Footsteps Counselling & Care, her own counselling & doula practice. Hayley supports families through perinatal trauma & loss, and with traumatic growth, after her own experiences through the perinatal period.

Holly Swinbank
Holly is a mother of three with years of experience establishing and supporting parenting communities. She now offers 1:1 support to mothers and leads on our upcoming in-home listening support service (watch this space!)

New Mothers' Wellbeing Circle Assistant
Janey Read
Janey Read has spent 30 years working with mums and children, from nursery settings through to senior school. She has been a mother for 28 years. She's supported many families in Stroud and has experience in advocacy, counselling and runs her own business.

Maternal Journal Circle Facilitator
Jess Lever
Jess is a creative consultant, writer, producer and mother of two young daughters.

She runs community painting workshops and writes poetry tackling the challenges and celebrating the joys of motherhood.
