Meet The Team

Our Steering Group

Stroud Motherhood Collective is shaped and led by the people who know it best - local mothers and parents who have lived experience of the joys, challenges, and transitions that come with motherhood.

Our volunteer steering group helps to guide the direction of the collective. They contribute to decisions about our events, partnerships, and community initiatives, and they make sure that everything we do stays rooted in what local families actually need.

Our steering group includes mothers with disabilities and chronic illness, neurodivergent mothers, mothers from two-mum families, women of colour, mothers with lived experience of perinatal mental health, mothers of premature babies, and mothers on low incomes.

They are mothers, carers, and community members who give their time because they believe in what we're building together - a warmer, more connected Stroud for every parent.

Want to get involved?

If you would like to be involved, we are always looking for people who share our values to join us. Whether you have a few hours a month or a specific skill to offer, we'd love to hear from you. We're particularly keen to hear from people who feel they might bring an underrepresented perspective to the table. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Are you interested in running circles?

If you have an idea for a group you'd like to run (or see!) please get in touch.
