Mother & Baby Yoga Circle

An hour to connect with your body, your baby and other new mothers.

 

Gentle stretching, movement and relaxation to ease the aches and pains of caring for a newborn and help you learn ways to relax and rest when you need it most.

​

Class begins with a chance to chat in circle over tea, sharing the ups and downs of new motherhood.

​

Class is suitable from six weeks postnatally until babies are actively mobile.

​

The circle meets on Wednesdays, 9.45am-11am at Dursley Tabernacle Community Rooms.

​

This group is offered on a sliding scale basis, with two community spaces available free of charge - no questions asked.
